My training philosophy is that I always give my 100% and more.  Safe, smart but also hard, I workout 4-5 days a week and rest at least 2 days a week. I always plan my training ahead, my training consists of mobility/stability/strength and conditioning, I think about my body in every different aspects to become fitter, stronger and healthier.
